Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your appointment. Please do not hesitate to reach out. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise you will be charged 30% of service price for no-shows. No refund Policy Our staff will do our best to offer appropriate customer service to every client. We can’t give full refunds as it is extremely unfair for our techs who had put in hard work and time to complete the treatment. In the case of emergency or discomfort during the treatment, please leave the treatment immediately and alert the manager. Do not wait for the treatment to end. You will not be considered for any sort of compensation. Compensation will only be considered within 15 minutes of entering the spa. Services cannot be refunded on because of concern or expected results. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone We want to ensure that your experience with our spa is safe and enjoyable.
